Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

 

I am a peanut butter lover and I love to eat it straight from the jar!  I also love when it’s made into delicious desserts like Keto Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pie, Peanut Butter Toffee Cheesecake Brownies, Creamy Microwaveable Peanut Butter Fudge or Oatmeal & Peanut Butter Tarts. They’re all delicious, and now I’m excited to add these Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies to the line-up as well.  These cookies are moist, fudgy, and a pleasure to sink your teeth into.  Being the peanut butter lover that I am, I added in the whole bag of peanut butter chips, however it’s up to you… Enjoy! 

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 3/4 C brown sugar
  • 3/4 C creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C butter softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/4 C flour
  • 1/3 C cocoa
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 C peanut butter chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease two cookie sheets.
  • Cream together the sugars, peanut butter, eggs, butter, and vanilla.
  • Mix in the flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda.
  • Stir in the peanut butter chips.
  • Scoop out (I used an ice cream scoop) some dough and place onto the cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 10-11 minutes; do not over bake!
  • Cool for a minute then remove to a cooling rack to completely cool.
  • Take a bite and enjoy.
