Nutella Cream Sandwich Cookies
There’s something irresistible about a cookie that’s soft, chewy, and packed with warm, comforting spices. These Chewy Molasses Hermits with Vanilla Icing are a delicious twist on my classic Old-Fashioned Hermit Cookies — just a little more molasses and a touch less flour for that soft, chewy center everyone craves. …

Happy Valentine’s Day! I wanted to show you a quick & easy recipe to make for today! I’ve seen a lot of recipes for chocolate lasagna, and even though chocolate is scrumptious, I wanted to try it in a different flavor. I asked the kids and they said strawberry. …
My family loves pumpkin roll. I made one for Thanksgiving and while my husband was eating it he asked if I could make it with bananas. I thought why not…all I’d have to do is swap out the pumpkin for bananas. However it didn’t turn out quite right! After…
These chocolate peanut butter cup cookies are soft in the middle with a little crisp edge, and they are quite delicious!
Lisa we love nutella!!!The cookies look amazing and yummy!!!!
Thanks for sharing ….I'm making some!!
Do yours come out soft or crunchy? I made these, and I love the flavor, but they are so hard/crunchy. I even baked them less time than you said. I'm not sure what to do. I think they would be so much better if they were soft!! I think I would add peanut butter to the dough next time too.
Mine were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. I did have a few leftover and they got softer the next day. You could always add a slice of bread to your container that you package them in and they would soften up too 🙂
