My daughter likes to cook and most of the time she’s my helper, however this time she wanted to make a recipe by herself. She loves peanut butter and Nutella so this is what she came up with. Peanut Butter Nutella Krispie Bars are a snap to make, only have a few ingredients and any little chef would be proud to make…I know mine was and I was proud of her too! These Peanut Butter Nutella Krispie Bars are no bake so they can be whipped up whenever you’re craving something sweet!
Ingredients are as follows:
4 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 C creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 C powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 C rice krispies
topping:
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. Nutella
Grease an 8 x 8″ or 9 x 9″pan; set aside.
In a medium saucepan, over low heat, melt the 4 Tbsp. butter.
Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
Stir in the rice krispies.
Pour into prepared pan; set aside.
On low, melt the 2 Tbsp. of butter in the microwave.
Stir in the Nutella until completely combined.
Evenly spread onto the bars. Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
