The Easiest Peppermint Crunch Bark
This is one of the easiest candies you can make for the holidays! It has three ingredients, no baking, and a short prep time. This peppermint crunch bark is not only delicious but also a perfect last-minute addition to your dessert spread. It’s a lifesaver for busy hosts and a delightful surprise for those with a sweet tooth, and the best part is, it’s a family-friendly activity that can be whipped up in under 15 minutes.
Ingredients are as follows:
1 (15.25 ounce) peppermint sandwich creme cookies
1 (24 ounce ) vanilla bark candy coating
1 candy cane, crushed
Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
Break the cookies up into small pieces, not crushed; set aside.
Over a double boiler, melt the vanilla bark candy coating.
Pour over the cookies and mix until combined.
Pour onto the cookie sheet and spread to desired thickness.
Sprinkle crushed candy cane all over the top.
Break apart and enjoy!
