I like to make quick breads a lot! They’re simple to make, they take no time to bake, and they always turn out delicious. This Strawberry Sour Cream Bread is made with strawberry preserves so you don’t have to worry about having fruit on hand, and if by chance you don’t have strawberry preserves, any flavor will do! Having the addition of sour cream makes this bread moist and adds a little tang. All the other ingredients you’ll be able to find in your pantry so you can whip this bread up anytime you want. Having a good quick bread recipe is perfect for those last minute parties or guests!
