These brownies are delicious! I usually just make them with the caramel middle, however this time I decided to add some chocolate chips and toffee bits! The gooey caramel and chocolate layer is delicious, but even more so are the toffee bits and creamy chocolate on top! They’re very simple to make too since they start out with a cake mix. My daughter helped with these and she had no problem at all. She loves to help in the kitchen and I love the time we spend together!
Directions:
Take half of the batter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan; set remaining batter aside.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. While it’s baking place the caramel bites and 1/3 C milk into a bowl.
Spoon the remaining batter on top (don’t worry, it will spread out during baking).
Bake an additional 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle on the remaining chocolate chips.
This and a glass of milk would put me in a state of bliss! I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Thank you for sharing at Taking A Timeout Thursday!
