Nutella Cream Sandwich Cookies

In our house, we love Nutella!  We like it on toast, pretzels, apples, even straight from the jar…you get the point 😉  One of our favorite recipes are Peanut Butter and Nutella Bars and now  these cookies are too!  Since the kids started school this week, I wanted to make them a special treat and I knew if it had Nutella in it, it would be a hit!  I came up with Nutella Cream Sandwich Cookies that have Nutella in the dough and the cream center.  Nutella Cream Sandwich Cookies are a little crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.  Then you have the creamy Nutella and peanut butter center that holds two of the cookies together.  A perfect way to welcome in the new school year!
