Gob cake with sugar free cake is calling all chocoholics with a sweet tooth (and a desire to keep things light)! We all know and love the traditional Gob Cake – layers of rich chocolate cake sandwiching a creamy, dreamy filling. Now what if you could recreate that magic with a lighter touch? Well, my friends, you’re in luck! This revamped Gob Cake uses a sugar-free cake mix as its base, making it a fantastic option for those watching their sugar intake. But don’t be fooled – this cake is still bursting with flavor. The beauty of using a cake mix is that it streamlines the process without sacrificing taste. We’ll then add some additional eggs, oil and fold in a sugar-free chocolate pudding mix for added moisture and a touch of creamy luxury. Of course, the classic Gob Cake filling remains unchanged. That pillowy, melt-in-your-mouth concoction deserves all the love!
