Gob Cake with Sugar-Free Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. Sugar Free Devil Foods Cake Mix plus the ingredients on the box
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 1.5 oz. sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease and flour two cookie sheets.
  • In a large bowl, make cake mix according to the box directions.
  • Add the additional eggs, oil and pudding mix.
  • Stir until combined; do not over mix, yes it will be thick!
  • Pour batter into prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes; until a toothpick in the center is clean; allow to cool.
  • Make the frosting recipe
  • Flip one cake out onto a serving tray and frost with filling.
  • Then place the second cake on top of the filling.
  • Slice, serve and enjoy!
