The Most Important Book About The Most Important Best Meal Of The Day
Our family loves to make a big breakfast or brunch on the weekends. So when I was asked to review breakfast by the Editors of Extra Crispy I was more than elated! I expected a normal cookbook with breakfast recipes, however, it has so much more. Extra Crispy created this book that features over 100 photos, illustrations, infographics, cooking tips, and amazingly crave-able food!
This book is filled with so much information and I love how it’s presented. It’s fun and whimsical with a ton of informational graphics like this egg timeline. Now there’s no need to worry about how long to cook the perfect egg because they’ve done the testing for you!
How about coffee? Here are 10 facts that you may not have known, and it also tells you what is in all of your favorite coffee drinks too. Extra Crispy is the authority on breakfast and brunch and page after page, you’ll quickly realize just how exciting breakfast can be! We have made quite a few recipes so far, the London Fog is amazing, and so is this easy Hollandaise Sauce. They give you a traditional recipe so you know how to make it the old fashioned way, but they also give you a tip to make it in the blender and this is by far the easiest.
