Blender Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients

pasteurized egg yolks

teaspoons
water

unsalted butter
melted

teaspoons
lemon juice
salt

paprika

Instructions
Place egg yolks and water in a blender.
With motor running, slowly drizzle in the butter.
Stir in lemon juice.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
