Welcome to featuring you. Our Spotlight of the Week goes to A Pinch of Joy for sharing these scrumptious Strawberry Rhubarb Bars. I love the combination of strawberry and rhubarb especially when it has a crumb coating on top. These look soft, chewy and quite delicious!
