My kids love shakes! I make them all the time and we come up with some pretty neat flavor combinations; Berry Scary was quite a hit too! Yogurt and fruit go together perfectly and it makes a rich, creamy, and delicious drink. We’ve also made it with strawberries and it turns out just as good, but only red. Whatever berries you choose you’ll have a refreshing treat that the kids will love!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup lowfat frozen vanilla yogurt (with stars)
- 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt
- 2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Pulse until berries are
cut up and then blend on medium/high until smooth. - Pour into containers/cups and garnish with blueberries for the eyes.
- Serve and enjoy!
