Summer is almost here which means it’s ice cream time; my kids would eat ice cream every day if I allowed them. We live in a very rural area where there are only two ice cream stands and each of them are a distance away. So instead of running there all the time I came up with a simple no-churn ice cream that we can make anytime we want! This recipe only requires three ingredients and it’s not complicated at all…even the kids can make it too. It’s rich, creamy and delicious!
