1 tsp. coconut oil
2 tsp. sugar substitute
1 Tbsp. egg whites
2 Tbsp. greek yogurt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/4 C almond flour
1/8 tsp. baking powder
dash of cinnamon
1/4 C heavy whipping cream
dash of vanilla
dash of sugar substitute
cinnamon
Directions:
Get your favorite mug ready!
In your mug add the coconut oil, sugar substitute, egg whites, greek yogurt, vanilla and stir until smooth.
Add the almond flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Mix everything until completely combined.
Place in the microwave and heat for 90 seconds or up to two minutes; set aside to cool.
While it’s cooling, whip the heavy whipping cream, a dash of vanilla, and a dash of sugar substitute until stiff peaks form.
Place a big dollop onto the top of the cake, and sprinkle on some cinnamon.
Serve and enjoy!
