I love when something so simple turns into something so delicious and this 3-ingredient Peach Cobbler is the perfect example. All you need is a Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookie Mix, canned peaches and butter! In a matter of minutes you can toss this cobbler together, put it in the oven and in no time at all you’ll have the perfect dessert. It really can’t get any simpler then this!
1 (14 0unce) package of Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cookie Mix (Krusteaz is my favorite)
1/2 C butter, softened
2 (21 ounce) cans peach pie filling
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease a 9×13″ pan.
Place the cookie mix and butter into a bowl.
Mix until combined and crumbly.
Take 3/4 of the mixture and press it into the bottom of the pan; reserve the 1/4 for the top.
Spread both cans of peaches onto the crust.
Sprinkle on the reserved 1/4 crumb topping and bake 25-30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy; we topped ours with some ice cream!
