I tried these with cheese, on a sandwich, on crackers…actually a lot of things, however the one that stood out the most is the Baked Brie. I couldn’t decide which spread to put on top so I actually put all four! The spreads didn’t spread together, but they all paired perfectly with the warm brie.
Ingredients are as follows:
1 8 ounce round of brie
1 8 ounce package of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 Tbsp. of each fig spread
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease a cookie sheet.
Unroll the crescent rolls and press all the triangles, but two into a rectangle.
Place the round of brie in the center.
Place a tablespoon of each flavor of fig spread onto the brie.
Wrap the dough up around the brie and spreads.
Take one of the remaining triangles and place on any opened area. Take the last triangle and make a little design on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes; until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Doesn’t that look delicious? How would you like to try the spreads and a bag of sun-dried figs yourself?
