With the weather turning warmer we are enjoying a lot more salads. I know there are a lot of savory salads with fruit and was anxious to try one myself. I decided to try an easy one like the Blood Orange Salad being that it’s sweet, tart and savory. We really enjoyed this and will definitely be having it again. Being that I love cheese, I think I’d actually like some crumbled on top. If you’re looking for a new, refreshing and delicious salad then be sure to try this one!
Remember, there are plenty of other great salad dressings that incorporate fruit too – if this takes your fancy! Next time, why not try a raspberry vinaigrette recipe?
