Rich flaky crust topped with strawberries and a buttery crumble!
Don’t you love it when you think something is going to turn out bad, but turns out fine…if not better! That’s exactly what happened with this cake. I started out making this into bars, however once I put together the ingredients and realized I was out of brown sugar, I knew it wasn’t going to turn out the way I wanted. However, I continued on and actually am very happy with the way it turned out! I don’t want to call it a bar because once I cut into it and took a bite, it started to crumble! Now it’s a Strawberry Crumble that you should eat on a plate instead of your hands 😉 It’s easy to prepare and it turned out delicious!

Thank you!
looks devine, what size cookie sheet did you use? how high must the sides be to contain all this yumminess??
My cookie sheet is about 15 x 11" and I put the dough half an inch up the side 🙂
YUM!!!! I love strawberries!
