These only require a few ingredients, and in a matter of minutes you’ll be enjoying a delicious dessert. The cheesecake center is a tad sweet with a hint of vanilla and the top is loaded with cinnamon and sugar. Once it’s baked, the topping gets a crunch to it that makes this dessert divine! Simple Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

16 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 C powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 ounce) Crescent Rolls
1/4 C butter, melted
cinnamon
sugar

Instructions

Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla together; set aside.
In a greased 8 x 8″ pan, place half of the crescent rolls; pressing seams together.
Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
Take the remaining crescent rolls and place on top making sure the seams are together and the edges are tucked in.
Pour the melted butter on top.
Sprinkle desired amount of cinnamon and sugar on top.
Bake 25-28 minutes.
Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve and enjoy!
