Easy Apple Tart

Our family eats a lot of apples, and the other day I made some puff pastry for a breakfast dish and had some left over.  Instead of freezing it, I decided to make an Easy Apple Tart.  It came together quite quickly, was simple to assemble and very delicious to enjoy.  Once I rolled out the dough, I cut it into pieces, sprinkled on some brown sugar and cinnamon, placed the apples on top and baked.  This really was such an easy apple tart and honestly you could even use plums or peaches.  No matter what fruit you choose, you’re going to love it!
