Welcome to featuring you!  Our Spotlight of the Week goes to Tuxedo Cats and Coffee for sharing this beautiful Instant Pot Cilantro Shrimp Scampi Pasta.   Even though this may look intimating, it’s not being that it’s made in an instant pot.  You just boil the noodles in there and toss in the rest of the ingredients.  Within a matter of minutes, a delicious meal is on the table!  I hope you all enjoyed the week long party, I know I did!
