Welcome to featuring you!  Our Spotlight of the Week goes to Ann’s Entitled Life for sharing this scrumptious Mexican Fruit Cake.  This cake is perfect for all your spring and summer gatherings.  It has luscious pineapple in the cake, cream cheese frosting, and coconut on top.  Sounds like the perfect combination to me!  The party was another success, and I greatly appreciate you sharing.  I hope you enjoy the features!
