A delicious fudgy brownie loaf lathered with toffee buttercream.
Chocolate Toffee Brownie Loaf is a rich fudgy brownie loaf lathered in a creamy chocolate toffee buttercream frosting, then topped off with more toffee bits! Chocolate and toffee pair so well together, so I decided to make a fudgy brownie loaf rather than the traditional bars. The loaf is a big, rich brownie that’s fudgy, not dense or cakey. Then I made a creamy buttercream frosting (with toffee) to spread all over it so every slice has some to enjoy. Sprinkle on a few more toffee bits and you’re good to go. This delicious chocolate toffee brownie loaf is easy to make, it’s made with pantry ingredients, and if by chance you don’t have any toffee bits you can swap those out for chocolate chips, coconut, nuts, or anything you’d like.
