Welcome to Mix it up Monday! How is everyone doing? We had yet another snow storm and frigid temperatures this week. I am really ready for Spring to get here, but Punxsutawney Phil predicted six more weeks of Winter so I’ll have to wait even longer. I do like baking a lot more in the Winter so that’s a good thing.
