Shortbread Cookie Rounds
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Add flour and mix well.
- Cover dough and place in the fridge for half an hour.
- Remove from fridge, break off little pieces, roll into a ball and place onto a cookie sheet.
- Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes, remove from cookie sheet and place onto a cooling rack.
- Take a bite and enjoy!
