Ingredients
blood oranges

Tbsp.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
fresh basil leaves
torn and thinly sliced
salt and ground pepper
pomegranate seeds

Instructions
Peel the oranges, removing all of the bitter white pith.
Thinly slice the oranges; remove pits.
Arrange the oranges on a plate.
Drizzle with the olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle on pomegranate seeds.
Garnish with the basil and serve.
