Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

quick cooking oats
1/2
c.
water
1/2
c.
pumpkin puree
1
T.
ground flaxseed
1
c.
skim milk
warm
Dash cinnamon
Dash nutmeg
Dash ginger
Dash cloves
Dash allspice

Instructions
Combine oats and water; microwave for 30 seconds (under cook so it remains watery)
Scoop oatmeal into blender.
Add pumpkin, spices, ground flax and milk.
Blend on low for a few seconds and then high until well blended.
Thin with additional skim milk if needed.
Sweeten with a drizzle of pure maple syrup or Stevia if desired.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
You can also use Pumpkin Pie Spice instead of the individual spices.
