Easy and so Creamy Mocha (microwave) Fudge
Ingredients

Tablespoons
real butter
3
cups
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1
tablespoon
instant espresso coffee powder
1
tablespoon
vanilla

Instructions
1. Line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper, extending over the edges; butter the paper.
2. Place the butter, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and espresso powder in a large microwave bowl.
3. Microwave for one minute.
4. Stir and then microwave in 30 second increments until the chocolate has melted.
5. Stir in the vanilla.
6. Pour into pan; smooth out the top.
7. Refrigerate until set, slice into pieces and enjoy!
