Cinnamon Apple Coffee Cake with a Vanilla Glaze

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease a 9" springform pan.
In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, I Can't Believe it's Not Butter, egg, sour cream and vanilla until combined.
Fold in the flour, baking powder and salt.
Pour into greased pan.
Toss the diced apples in the cinnamon and layer them on top of the batter; set pan aside.
For the crumble
Cream together the I Can't Believe it's Not Butter, both sugars and vanilla.
Mix in the flour and oats until combined.
Place dollops of the mixture on top of the apples.
Bake for 25-30 minutes; until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
While it's cooling, mix together the powdered sugar, vanilla and enough cream to make a drizzle.
Drizzle the glaze all over the coffee cake.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
