Best Fudgy Cocoa Brownies
Ingredients

cup
unsalted butter
melted and keep hot
1
tablespoon
cooking oil
1 1/8
cup
sugar
2
large eggs
I like to use room temperature
2
teaspoons
vanilla extract
1/2
cup
all purpose flour
1/2
cup
unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4
teaspoon
salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease an 8 x 8" baking pan with cooking oil spray.
Combine hot melted butter, oil and sugar together in a medium-sized bowl; mix until combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla; mix for another minute.
Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt.
Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined (do not over mix).
Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing the top out evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the center of the brownies no longer jiggles and is just set to the touch.*
Remove and allow to cool to room temperature before slicing.
Notes
*If testing with a toothpick, the toothpick should come out dirty for fudge-textured brownies.
