Being keto has been a journey that I love! However, not everyone in my family is keto so I have to make snacks that are satisfying to me as well as the others. Making a cheese board is one of those options! It allows me to enjoy keto snacks like cheese, meats, olives, and nuts, and for them I like to add on some crackers and fruit. This allows the entire family to enjoy a delicious snack without excluding any diet.
Ingredients Needed:
- Anchor cheeses
- Meats- prosciutto, Genoa salami, Garlic salami
- Fruits- raspberries, green grapes, dried apricots
- Mixed Greek olives
- Pistachios
- Honey
- Crackers
Arrange the meats and cheeses onto a platter so it looks pretty. I also place some honey in the center because my family loves it with crackers and fruit. Not only are these easy to prepare, they are a great centerpiece…enjoy!
