   If you like tofu, Chipotle has sofritas and it is so delicious. I make my own at home with Pinch of Yum’s recipe and it tastes JUST like it. No, better I think.

   The corn salsa sounds great. I have once tried sandwich with chipotle and it’s from Subway and I must say I loved it. Thanks for hosting the party, Lisa. Have a lovely week ahead.
