It’s still quite hot and humid here, and I haven’t turned the oven on in a long time. Even having air conditioner, it still makes the house hot! So I’ve been creating no-bake recipes to solve the problem. Last week I shared No-Bake Dirt Dessert for all the chocolate lovers, and today I’m sharing No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake for all the cheesecake lovers! My son and husband absolutely love cheesecake, and this one passed their taste test too. This comes together in a matter of minutes, only uses a few ingredients and tastes creamy and delicious!
Ingredients are as follows:
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
2/3 C sour cream
3/4 C powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (21 ounce) can strawberry pie filling
Directions:
Beat the cream cheese and sour cream together until fluffy.
Whip in the powdered sugar and vanilla.
Fold in 3/4 of the can of strawberry pie filling.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Take remaining 1/4 of strawberries and swirl it on top.
Cover, place in the freezer for at least an hour then slice, serve and enjoy!
