Everyone loves a good crunchy cookie, but what if I told you these delicious cookies are Vegan, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, and contain no artificial ingredients! I know what you’re thinking…are they really that good? Yes they are! Bakeology is a mother, daughter team who created this company to bring you an out-of-this-world cookie experience harnessed by simple ingredients and lots of love!
First is Vanilla Chai Shortbread:
Vanillin, the primary component of the vanilla bean, creates a delicate,
rare taste when fused with our chai spice blend. Ginger, cloves, and
cardamom are just a few of the exotic flavors within this cookie.
These are light, flaky, and a little crumbly all in one bite. The vanilla and chai go together perfectly, and the shortbread cookie itself is divine!
Next are the Snickerdoodle:
The formula for cinnamon is mostly made of cinnamaldehyde, which
promotes the bold flavor of this cookie. A hint of nutmeg along with
cream of tartar give a unique texture + taste.
These delicate little bites have a hint of cinnamon and sugar. Now I’m not big on cinnamon, but these are not overpowering at all. They are crunchy, but they literally melt in your mouth!
