Here it is…another wonderful recipe from Gooseberry Patch! This recipe is from their newest cookbook called Simple Shortcut Recipes. When I was reading through all the recipes, like a good novel, this recipe jumped out at me since it’s made in the microwave and takes less than 15 minutes to prepare! It does call for walnuts, however the kids didn’t want them in it, so I just left them out. Please make sure you leave it set up for the stated three hours before trying or you’ll have squishy fudge (don’t ask me how I know this!). Once the time is up, you’ll have the perfect fudge that was so simple to make!
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used milk chocolate)
1 (16 ounce) can chocolate frosting
1 1/2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C mini marshmallows
1/2 C chopped walnuts
Directions:
Grease an 8 x 8 inch pan.
In a bowl, microwave the chocolate chips on high for one minute.
Stir until melted; if necessary microwave for another 10 to 20 seconds.
Microwave the frosting, uncovered, on high for 20 seconds.
Stir into the melted chocolate chips.
Add the milk and vanilla; stir until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the marshmallows and walnuts.
Spread into greased pan. Place in the fridge for three hours.
Slice, serve and enjoy!

As always, your tutorials are perfect. I make a similar fudge but adding the marshmallows gives it a different twist. Fantastic recipe. So glad you shared this idea.
This is amazing! I want a slab.
