What if I told you that you could bake all your favorite recipes and cut down the calories while adding fiber too. Have you heard of Fibrelle? My kids love chocolate chip cookies. I've often substituted 1/2 whole wheat flour to sneak in some extra fiber, but I'd like to try this as well! Sounds amazing!

I am a new follower of your blog–Love it!!! Thanks for telling us about this new sweetner, I am always searching for the perfect one to bake with. I would make Buttermilk Pie first with it. I've been craving it lately but really have to watch my sugar intake. I would love to try Fibrelle! I have been using xylitol, but it has 10 calories per teaspoon (30 per TBSpoon)which is more than the Fibrelle. Your baking results looked great!
