*I didn’t cook my raisins, I just tossed them in with the milk, rice and salt
Combine milk, rice and salt (and raisins) in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 1/2 – 3 hours. Stir every hour.
Gooseberry Patch not only sent me a cookbook, they sent along one for you as well! Since I was going to ship out the book, I asked if I’d be allowed to send some goodies along too. So to kick off the holiday season I decided to buy some Christmas baking supplies to get you started!
There is a gingerbread hand towel, a six piece cookie cutter set, the cookbook, a set of measuring cups, a set of measuring spoons, a spatula and bakery bags to put all your baked goods in! I put it all together in a Christmas basket that I’ll wrap before I ship it out to one lucky reader! To enter the giveaway all you have to do is leave a comment telling me what your favorite Quick & Easy recipe is that you make during the holidays.
