brown sugar

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease two baking sheets.
2. Mix the flour, oats, cinnamon, baking soda and salt together.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar together until fluffy.
4. Whisk in the egg and vanilla.
5. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients.
6. Fold in the raisins.
7. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a cookie sheet about two inches apart.
8. Bake for 17-19 minutes.
9. Allow to cool for two minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
10. Take a bite and enjoy!
