Not Your Grandma's Ambrosia Salad
Ingredients

6 lb 10 ounce can of lite fruit cocktail (or 4-5 smaller cans)

11 ounce cans of mandarin oranges
8
ounces
of low-fat cream cheese
softened
8
ounces
of sugar free or lite cool whip
1
C
powdered sugar

Instructions
Dump fruit cocktail into a strainer and allow to drain.
Transfer to a large bowl; drain the oranges and toss them in; set aside.
Whip the cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar together.
Pour over the fruit and stir until it’s thoroughly covered.
Serve and enjoy!
