Easy, Delicious Cookie Dough Fruit Tarts
Ingredients
- 1 17.5 oz Sugar Cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 2 eggs
- fresh fruit sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream*
- powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease muffins tins.
- In a large bow,l combine sugar cookie mix, softened butter and eggs and mix until combined.
- Evenly divide the cookie dough and place into the muffins tins.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
- Carefully remove the cookies cups and allow to cool completely.
- Whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Slowly mix in the powdered sugar until combined.
- Dollop some sweetened cream onto the top of the cookie cups then garnish with fresh fruit.
- Serve and enjoy!
