Easy, Delicious Cookie Dough Fruit Tarts

17.5 oz Sugar Cookie mix
1/2
cup
butter
softened
2
eggs
fresh fruit
sliced
1/2
cup
heavy whipping cream*
powdered sugar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease muffins tins.
In a large bow,l combine sugar cookie mix, softened butter and eggs and mix until combined.
Evenly divide the cookie dough and place into the muffins tins.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
Remove from oven and allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the cookies cups and allow to cool completely.
Whip the heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Slowly mix in the powdered sugar until combined.
Dollop some sweetened cream onto the top of the cookie cups then garnish with fresh fruit.
Serve and enjoy!
