Yesterday I shared Bacon and Date Cinnabon Strata from Cinnabon, and I have another recipe today and tomorrow!  If you haven’t tried Cinnabon then you’re missing out.  They are so good and the icing is amazing.  I love how you can incorporate them into such delicious recipes too…enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 box (16.3 oz)
Cinnabon® Mini Pull-Aparts mini rolls
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons bourbon
2 bananas, cut into 6 large pieces each
6 slices cooked bacon, cut into large pieces
Directions:
Heat
oven to 350° F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. 
  1. In medium
    microwavable bowl, microwave cinnamon topping (from dough tube) and
    butter uncovered
    on High 30 seconds; stir until smooth.
  2. Unroll dough; separate into pieces.  Stir bourbon, bananas and bacon into butter mixture. Add dough pieces; gently mix to coat.
  3. Spoon
    mixture into pie plate, making sure to evenly distribute dough.
  4. Bake 28
    to 31 minutes or until dough is baked through and golden brown.
  5. Cut
    corner of frosting
    package (from box); squeeze to drizzle with frosting before serving.
