I have never had Irish Soda Bread, but we were having brisket for dinner the other night and I wanted to have something different with it.  I looked up some recipes and found this simple one and decided to give it a try.  I like how this recipe doesn’t use any yeast so there’s no waiting for it to rise.  I am surprised at how easy this bread is to make and how delicious it is to enjoy!
